Gallagher Farms is a multi-generation, family owned and operated farm based out of Piatt County, Illinois. At Gallagher Farms, we pride ourselves on integrity, ingenuity, flexibility, and efficiency. Our services.
Lease Options
Gallagher Farms offers a variety of lease options to meet your needs as a landowner. We are familiar with cash rent, shares, and flex-lease agreements. We are always open to new lease ideas!
Stewardship
We treat each farm as though it were our only farm. We are meticulous about each farming operation and strive to maximize productivity without compromising the quality of the land. We focus on building and maintaining fertility levels, controlling weeds/pests, and protecting the soil from erosion. We work frequently with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and are a proud member of the Precision Conservation Management (PCM) program.
Custom Farming
We offer a variety of custom farming services including planting, spraying, harvesting, and tillage. Gallagher Farms also offers custom hay services including mowing, raking, and baling.
Land Improvements
We offer waterway construction, farm drainage and tile repair, tree and hedgerow cleanup and removal, and farmstead cleanup and demolition. We offer reduced rates and/or cost sharing for our landlords.

We understand that not every landowner has an agricultural background and work hard to educate and tailor solutions for every individual.
Efficiency
Gallagher Farms operates a modern fleet of farm equipment and completes all operations in-house. We utilize the latest precision technology for seeding, fertilizer and pesticide applications, ensuring that we protect the soil and water for future generations.
